Recipe Du Jour: Chipotle Ranch Burger
My new book Rachael Ray book features this recipe so I tried it out on Rah except I used pre-prepared ranch, mixed in one mostly seeded, finely chopped chipotle pepper and adobe sauce. For the burgers I used ground chicken, grill seasoning, cumin, diced green bell pepper and onion, minced garlic. I served them with extra sharp cheddar cheese and baby spinach leaves on english muffins. Thank you ma'am may I have another! That's the response I got from Rah! Wheee!
