Runaway Love

I want to just escape to witch mountain right now. Isn't that a great movie? I wanna see it again RIGHT NOW. Except I'm watching the Family Stone, which is also a good movie. Fab, in fact. I went to the gym today. I'm finally getting back into the swing of things. This is the 2nd week in a row I've been to the gym 3xs a week. I always get thrown off when I go on vacation. Homecoming ruined me, though I do consider all that walking I did and some of that dancing (PARTY ANIMAL!!!) exercise. I came home and took out the trash and washed dishes. So productive am I.

Look, I'm a needy person. I mean that in the most fabulous way possible. I need for people to be available to me when I want them to be available to me. That means when I call you, you answer, and talk as long as I need to converse with you. If you are distracted and put me on hold, I will hang up on you. When you call back, I won't answer. When I need you and I'm reaching out, and you're unavailable, I just get pissed. PAY ATTENTION TO ME!! Blech. Whatever.

Oh let someone put me on hold, I def hang the phone right the fuck up. Sorry lack of patience. But to me it's rude.

Let someone call from a number I don't know and not leave a message. No returned phone call, you'd better go ahead and send that e-mail then.

I think its more about making sure the other person is as in to the exchange as I am. It sucks to be so invested in something or someone and them not to be focused on equally partaking in that exchange or interaction.

I don't think its a needy or unrealistic expectation.

I'm with you on the phone. You have 20 seconds (30 secs seems to long) and I'm hanging up.

And what is it with people not leaving a message? I am NOT making a call back to some random number you ignoramus!

Being on hold is about the only thing I DO like about being on the damn phone.

I HATE that!!! I so very rarely get the urge to talk on the phone and when I do, how come it is that no one ever wants to pick up? And why is it that everyone gets pissed at me for not talking but when I get in the mood to talk, no one is around. So boo to you all. Just boo.

That's a tad bit impatient... just because someone puts you on hold doesn't mean they don't want to talk. It just means that they have other things going on as well as wanting to talk to you. Shar your time :)

all... i don't always do it. esp. when I'm doing other things but when i really need to talk and you want to put me on hold, click. and i may not answer on the call back. sometimes i just don't feel like being that generous.

Whose world is this? The world is yours... I'm saying though, I feel you on the extended hold, but I might give you a minute to handle your business.

We used to watch Witch Mountain in elementary school at least twice a year on the broke down film projector.

I'm with X. there are other important people besides YOU Jameil!

at least she's honest with us though. you should hear the stankiness I get when I tell her, "drew's been blowing up my phone, let me call you back"...

stace... since you want to go there even though i wasn't talking about you, if you would call people back or answer your phone it really wouldn't be an issue. sometimes i have things i need to talk about, too. but its whatever.

Oh Stace, I think you hurt her feelings :( Ah well...
